Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, selecting the wrong color, providing an incorrect shipping address, or any other customer-related mistake. Once an order has been placed, production begins shortly afterward and cannot be canceled or modified. We strongly encourage all customers to review their order carefully, including the size chart, product details, shipping information, and personalization (if applicable), before completing their purchase. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility or that of our production partner, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
